SHURGRIP 112

ShurGrip 112 is an excellent economical general purpose adhesive for wood to wood assembly. It provides moderate set times, good gap filling properties, and is also good for hand doweling application.

MASTERGRIP 72

Polyvinyl acetate product providing very high wet tack and quick set times in bonding wood and wood products.  MasterGrip 72  has excellent gap filling properties and dries clear providing excellent heat and solvent resistance.

MASTERGRIP 96

MasterGrip 96 is an aliphatic resin product providing high wet tack and quick set times. MasterGrip 96 is good for bonding most any type of cellulosic materials including; wood to wood, wood to hardboard, Formicas, cloth, paper, leather, felt, etc.

MASTERGRIP 242

MasterGrip 242 is very high solids making it excellent for bonding high moisture content wood. Moisture contents as high as 30% can be successfully bonded with clamp times as short as 30 minutes.

MASTERGRIP 244

MasterGrip 244 is an excellent general assembly glue. It provides a slightly flexible glue line which helps prevent creaking and cracking in joints making it an excellent adhesive for chair assembly.

SHURGRIP 71

L-4751

Excellent economical adhesive for finger jointing on automatic machines. Specific for interior use finger jointing.

MASTERGRIP 244 NO-DRIP

This non-drip formulation is designed to virtually eliminate excessive adhesive squeeze-out and the mess of adhesive run-down from assembled joints. This adhesive allows for better -than-average flexibility in the joint which prevents creaking and cracking of the wood joints. It has a good working time along with a fast speed of set.

L-7341

L-7341 has been specially formulated for bonding exotic woods that typically have high oil content on their surfaces such as Mahogany and Teak. L-7341 may eliminate surface preparation by solvent wipe that usually recommended prior to bonding exotic woods.

ShurGrip 71 has been specially formulated for use as high tack general purpose wood assembly glue. It may be used on hard and soft wood species for edge gluing, mortise and tenon, cookie attachment and many wood gluing applications. When tested according to ASTM-D-905, ShurGrip 71 consistently gives over 2500 PSI and overall good wood failure.

SHURGRIP 136

SG 136 has been specifically formulated for use in edging gluing on a clamp carrier. This product produces excellent results by making joints stronger than the actual wood. ShurGrip 136 also has a very low chalk temperature.

MULTIGRIP 1000, 1005, 1015

High quality self-crosslinking polyvinyl acetate emulsions suited for batch presses or feed through radio frequency edge gluers. These products provide increased heat and moisture resistance. Filled and unfilled versions for handling a variety of applications and wood species.

RABOND 201

RA-Bond 201 is a two-part, cross-linking wood glue which is excellent for gluing wood, pressed wood, chip core and Masonite to wood and to itself.  An important characteristic of this adhesive is its good impact resistance and the percentage of wood fiber failure, as well as excellent water resistance as per Type I specification. It is also successful with other cellulosic materials providing at least one of the surfaces is porous to allow moisture to leave the glue line.

MULTIGRIP 1000ED

Pre-catalyzed synthetic resin for finger jointing on automatic machines. Provides type II water resistance.

DOWELMATE 50

DowelMate 50 has been specially formulated for use in Bell automatic doweling machines. DowelMate 50 is primarily a wood glue which when properly used makes joints stronger than the wood itself. DowelMate 50 is excellent for gluing wooden dowels, solid wood, pressed wood, chip core and Masonite to wood and a host of other substrates.

DOWELMATE 198

DowelMate 198 has been specially formulated for use in Koch automatic doweling machines. DowelMate 198 is excellent for gluing wooden dowels, solid wood, pressed wood, chip core and Masonite to wood and a host of other substrates.
